Download Retreat Application

Our Mid-Winter Retreat will be the weekend of December 25-26, 2009. It will be held at the Crowne Plaza Baltimore North in Timonium, Maryland. The program will end at midnight on Saturday night, but the hotel rooms will be available until 12 noon on Sunday for checkout.

Retreat applications are available for downloading in two file formats: Microsoft Word and Adobe^® Reader^® (PDF). You may find it convenient to save the Microsoft Word version to your computer so that you can enter your information directly into the downloaded file and email the edited file back to Mid-Atlantic JACS. The PDF version must be printed, filled out by hand, and mailed back.
